National Trails Day Sat.  June 4th 2011

The UVMBA is kicking a new project this year on Goose Pond Road, Hanover NH.
After almost two years of meetings with the Hanover Trails Committee we are now approved and ready to clear trail.
The Upper Valley Trails Alliance worked closely with us to facilitate this opportunity.

We will meet at 9:00 - 12:00 AM Sat. June 4th to break ground.
Directions:

From RT 10 Take Goose Pond Rd to .1 mi past Appalachian Trail Crossing.

From RT 4 Take Goose pond RD – Park along road .1 mile before Appalachian Trail Crossing.

    Gloves, Bug Dope, Water, and Lunch (if you plan to come late or stay longer).

UVMBA will provide a selection of tools to use

    Steel Leaf rake
    Shovel
    Mattock
    Mclouds
    Bow Saw (preferably with new blade)
    Clippers
